Who are Breakin' Barriers?
Breakin' Barriers is a community-focused initiative that supports individuals with spinal cord injuries. Its mission is to establish a network for sharing experiences and provide workshops and activities that foster empowerment and a positive mindset. The organisation also involves able-bodied family and friends, educating them about spinal cord injuries to enhance understanding. The aim is to help those affected recognise their strengths and lead fulfilling lives, whilst creating an inclusive and supportive community.
